This past Saturday was one for the books. A day centered around wellness both inside and out, our guests enjoyed the best that Nashville has to offer at our Body + Soul event held at Clementine on Charlotte Avenue. Each guest received complimentary juices from Urban Juicer upon arrival, with options to load up on morning caffeine at the 8th and Roast kiosk, tea from Firepot Nomadic Teas and refreshments from Bar Magnolia. After everyone was situated with their morning drink of choice, yoga mats were laid out for a mediation session with intuitive healer, Holly Ramey. Afterward, guests enjoyed a cooking lesson from Laura Lea Bryant for yummy (but healthy) double chocolate, avocado blender muffins, followed by a power flow yoga session with yoga instructor, Delaney McBride.

A light but delicious lunch was served from Chef’s Market, along with drinks provided by Pickers Vodka and ONEHope wines. Juice-infused mimosas were available throughout the entire day by Bar Magnolia. After lunch, Julie Solomon spoke with host Caroline Hobby about maintaining a work/life balance, and Dr. Grayson Woods of Woods Aesthetics provided some much-needed information on all things health, skincare and her upcoming women’s club, FYI.

Guests had the chance to explore the marketplace, which offered a range of amazing goods and services. The Rhapsody Spa Refresh Spa offered complimentary massages, while Woods Aesthetics provided amazing skincare products to shop through and information on FYI. Discounted Botox and hydrafacials were offered by Southern Aesthetics Beauty, while Lemon Laine offered a mini-custom oil bar with their top-selling products to peruse! Spoke and Weal stylists offered to braid and style onsite to help keep our hair out of faces while still looking stylish, and Ona Skincare had a set up with amazing products to look through with endless amounts of information to help each customer find what will work best for their skin needs! Peloton was there to allow guests to experience the transformative workout next to Thistle Farms‘ kiosk full of our favorite candles, jewelry and other goodies.

Our event came to an exciting (and exhausting) conclusion with a workout class from celebrity trainer, Erin Oprea, who got our blood pumping followed by a Q&A about her book, The 4×4 Diet
