The Nashville Edit and Woodford Reserve hosted a private barrel selection dinner for Nashville’s most sophisticated bourbon drinkers. Pianist Claudia Swope performed during the cocktail hour as patrons mingled and sampled cocktails from the featured drink menu.
Vieux Carre: Woodford Reserve Rye, Remy Martin Cognac & Benedictine
Boston Sour: Dream’s select Woodford Reserve, lemon, cane sugar, full-bodied red wine, & egg white
Mocktail: Old Fashioned, with barrel-aged shrubs & Woodford Reserve orange bitters
The Back Bar of the Dream Nashville played host to the exclusive, private event where guests could purchase a personal barrel of their selection. Guests enjoyed a guided tour through the tastings that were thoughtfully paired with delicious courses from Stateside Kitchen. Over 12 personal selection tastings were offered and the varietals included, Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select, Rye, and Double Oaked. The evening ended on a high note with a special treat and surprise pairing of the sold-out Woodford Reserve Chocolate Malted Rye.
