Nashville’s first-ever Art Ball transformed Marathon Music Works into a glamorous, lively, avant-garde sanctuary. The black tie event welcomed over 500 guests and treated them to contemporary art, stunning floral arrangements, haute couture and music from Joy Williams and The New Respects. Funds raised at the event supported the Tennessee Triennial for Contemporary Art, an exhibition slated to happen simultaneously in Nashville, Memphis and Knoxville in 2021 that will bring contemporary art to an entirely new audience. In their “Text to Give” moment, the crowd responded by raising $30,000 in ten minutes for the cause.
